Production program is built primarily on rotational machining of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and bronze alloys. We produce turned parts with milled areas, wrench areas, inner and outer polygons, grinded diameters, drilling, threading, straight toothing, turned or formed outer thread. For aluminum foundry and producers of forging parts is made machining of their products and then they make final operations or deliver finished parts directly to their customers. Most suitable parts for our equipment are in range of diameter 5-300 mm Length of turned parts should be max. about 350 mm Length of grinded parts should be in range of 50-350 mm Dimension of milled parts is given by machine table max. 700x700x700 mm In co-operation can be assured surface treatment as hardening, elox, zinc coating, phosphating, chrome coating etc. Parts are protected from corrosion by very thin layer of anti rust oil, which dries very fast. According to the request of customer we can degrease the parts in our own spraying chamber device. This operation is made mainly on aluminum parts.
